This Privacy Policy describes how VeriQal (“VeriQal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you: visit or use www.VeriQal.com (the “Website”); access or use the VeriQal Flow platform and related applications (collectively, the “Platform”); or interact with any other products, services, or communications that link to this Privacy Policy (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information obtained from third parties or integrations you choose to connect.
1. Account Information

2. Workspace and Business Information
The Platform is designed to support legal and court-reporting workflows. In the course of using the Services, you and other authorized users may enter or upload information into your workspace, including: client names and contact details; job details and service requests; scheduling information and assignments; case, matter, or proceeding details; court, venue, or location information; service types and job categories; assigned reporters, team members, or other users; workflow notes, internal comments, and related records. This information is typically controlled by you or your organization as the workspace owner or administrator.
3. Calendar and Scheduling Information
If you use the Platform’s scheduling and calendar features, we may collect: event dates, times, and locations; attendees and invitees; meeting links and conferencing details; calendar preferences and availability settings; job-related information associated with calendar events. When you connect an external calendar (such as Google Calendar), we may receive calendar data as described in the “Google User Data and Calendar Sync” section below.
4. Payment and Subscription Information
If you purchase a subscription or pay for Services, we may collect billing contact details, subscription plan details, and limited payment-related information (such as the last four digits of a card, card type, and expiration month/year). Payment card processing is handled by third-party processors. VeriQal does not intentionally store full payment card numbers or security codes on its own systems.
5. Technical and Usage Information
When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, log data, usage activity within the Platform, cookies, and security-related records.
Google User Data and Calendar Sync
If you choose to connect a Google account to the Platform, VeriQal may request limited access to Google user data only as needed. VeriQal does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for purposes including providing and operating the Services, creating and managing accounts, managing workspaces and scheduling, processing subscriptions, communicating with you, improving security, and complying with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers, authorized workspace users and administrators, calendar integration providers, or as required for legal and compliance reasons or business transfers.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Despite these efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or online platform can be guaranteed completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Services, support your workspace, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
